Brian and Neil met whilst working on an electrical project and realised that the business enviroment they were working in was not delivering the level of customer service they themselves aspired to, which lead to Brian joining Neil's company in 2004, before going on to launch Amber Electrical Services in the same year.

Since then, the business can proudly boast a team which has a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise. They pride themselves on being able to offer a proactive, professional and personalised service to new clients, as well as maintain their existing client portfolio.

The team of highly qualified electricians work to the highest standards. Honest, hard working and reliable, they strive to offer a service which is both competitive and great value for money.

The business is flexible in that it is able to cater to any requirements clients may have, whether it is a 'day to day' domestic job or working on a much larger commercial project - always on time and on budget.

	Brian Coles Director, Co-Founder Brian Coles was born in Durban, South Africa. From a young age he had a real passion for electronics and studied the subject until leaving school. He then went on to successfully run a variety of wholesale businesses up until 1998. Looking to expand his knowledge in the industry, he decided to come to the UK to further his electrical education by successfully achieving his City and Guilds qualifications. He joined Amber Services in 2004, which then re-launched as Amber Electrical Services as a Limited company in the same year, seizing the opportunity to work on larger and more prestigious projects.
	Neil Mitchell Director, Co-Founder Neil Mitchell was born in London, England. In 1980 he left school at 16 and started working for some of the industries biggest names, such as, Taylor Woodrow and Balfour Beatty so that he could learn his trade and completed a 5-year apprenticeship to become a fully qualified electrician. At the same time he started his own electrical business - Amber Services. By the time he was 21 he was a site foreman managing the site and staff, as well as overseeing the smooth running of the company's projects. To date, Neil has notched up over 30 years in the business with an outstanding portfolio of over 1,000 projects, which is growing by the day!
	Rick Carstens Projects Design Manager Rick studied a degree in Architecture in South Africa in 2007. In 2009 he came over to the UK where he had the opportunity to broaden his knowledge and expertise working for one of the UK's largest construction developers. It was during this time whilst working on various projects he came in contact with Neil and Brian. It became very clear to Rick that Amber Electrical services required someone who was able to understand the client's requirements and incorporate their vision combining the architectural, as well as electrical construction elements, into the design. He joined Amber Electrical Services in 2009
